Welcome to CORROBORATE, operated by SevenLab Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our behavioral biometric verification SDKs, APIs, cloud dashboards, and related security services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
1. Provision of Service & API Access
Subject to these Terms, SevenLab Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to integrate the CORROBORATE client scripts and call verification endpoints solely to protect your web applications from automated threat actors, bot attacks, and fraudulent replay vectors.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist any third party to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying weights of our proprietary biometric classifier models.
- Circumvent, rate-limit, or systematically overwhelm our edge scoring nodes outside authorized adversarial stress tests.
- Use the Service to harvest, reconstruct, or unlawfully track end-user interaction streams.
- Represent or imply that SevenLab Solutions endorses your application or its specific contents.
3. Service Level Agreement & Latency Standards
We strive to maintain a 99.95% uptime availability across our distributed edge verification network, targeting edge decision latencies under 20 milliseconds. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via our developer status channels.
4. Intellectual Property
SevenLab Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest in and to CORROBORATE, including all patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, algorithmic model weights, and mathematical behavioral feature extractor definitions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While our multi-modal models achieve industry-leading synthetic detection accuracy, no security platform can guarantee 100% eradication of all novel adversarial vectors. In no event shall SevenLab Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law & Modifications
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. We reserve the right to modify these Terms with prior notice posted to this page.
