Privacy Policy & Zero-PII Commitment

Our Core Privacy Promise
CORROBORATE was engineered from inception to be fundamentally privacy-preserving. We do NOT log keystroke text contents, form input values, passwords, audio/video streams, or personal identities. Our platform operates exclusively on mathematical differential intervals (Δt) and relative kinematic dynamics.
1. Information We Collect and Process
When a client application integrates CORROBORATE, our lightweight client-side agent collects ephemeral interaction metrics solely for real-time bot detection and threat scoring:
- Temporal & Kinematic Deltas: Microsecond time intervals between hardware input events (Δt), cursor velocity changes, acceleration curves, and jerk derivatives.
- Device & Viewport Topology: Viewport dimensions, screen pixel ratios, device orientation, and touch capability flags to normalize spatial coordinates.
- Contextual Session Identifiers: Ephemeral session tokens generated randomly per page lifecycle to correlate intra-session feature vectors.
We never inspect, record, or transmit user names, email addresses, entered passwords, form inputs, credit card numbers, browser history, or IP geolocation profiles.
2. How Behavioral Biometrics are Processed
All raw interaction events are converted client-side into non-invertible mathematical feature tensors (e.g., Fourier transform frequencies of cursor tremor, velocity histograms).
These tensors are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections directly to our edge inference runtime. Once a verdict score (Human, Synthetic, or Suspicious) is generated, raw vector streams are immediately discarded from volatile memory and are not stored in persistent databases.
3. Data Retention & Tenant Isolation
SevenLab Solutions maintains strict multi-tenant database isolation. Only aggregate statistical telemetry (e.g., total requests per minute, false-positive anomaly rates, threat category distributions) is retained for service monitoring and enterprise audit reports.
4. Global Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2)
Because CORROBORATE does not process or retain personally identifiable information (PII), standard biometric identification risks under GDPR Article 9 are mitigated by architectural design. Nevertheless, we uphold strict technical measures:
- Zero cross-site tracking or user profiling for advertising.
- Zero data monetization or third-party broker sales.
- End-to-end data minimization adhering to Privacy-by-Design principles.
